There are definitely lots of gold cardholders spending much more than me so it cannot be that reason.
Of course it’s just a hypothesis.
Our previous discussion about AFKL Gold fees waiving showed that even those who regularly bill six figures don’t always get their 180€ offered. I know I never got the offer in the past.
I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that Amex IT doesn’t handle these commercial gestures well. And good luck discussing this with an agent when « computer says so » 😔
