My latest experience yesterday on Helvetic flight LX2273 LJU-ZRH:

1. The flight arrived 10' late and wasnot ready to board 40' later.
2. 10 ' dly on departire but almost on time arrival at gate A86 in ZRH
3. The cabin crew was one of the weirdest in history: the purser was kind of p***ed off with the World, he didn't even say hello when boarding and during the flight he made announcements and that was pretty it. He was too agressive and talked to people with no tact, as if he was a commander... Rest of the crew was uninterested, the other man sat in the seat in my row, like a passenger (have never seen anything like this before) and he moved only when I asked him to, in order to be able to seat down. He was not properly groomed and had no name tag. The other lady was rude and every time he passed through the cabin actually swapped us with her body (b**)
4. Service was unexistent and the crew didn't show any attention at all or trying to be visible.
5. Very bad German, English just OK, no other languague announcement made, not even through the screens.
6. No status recognition whatsoever.

The next flight was Swiss A321 (very old one) LX1950 to BCN which was (like everyday) delayed. Fully booked and like 30 seat changes (myself included) but all economy unfortunatelly. I believe they now move the curtain rather than upgrade anyone. Just 3 rows of C class. The crew was dull and uninterested, like all LX flights in the last year. No status recognition, no smile, no hello. I believe there were like 3-4 HONs and 8 SEN + many *A gold members too.
