I stayed up until 1am booking a half term flight last night.
The same thing occurred when I tried to book a Young Adult (+3 adults & 2 children).
Error message:
“Sorry, there’s a problem with booking this journey online. You can try selecting other flights or contact us so an agent can help you book the flights you have selected“
When I changed the Young Adult to an Adult, it worked fine.
This is very frustrating…
Yet, I also booked another flight last night, for only 6 weeks out, and it accepted the Young Adult.
Any ideas/workarounds?
Perhaps this is only a 355 day bug.
Do BA monitor these groups? Or is there a way of reporting it? (although the fact they haven’t even implemented basic functionally like switching departure and destination airports in most interfaces, doesn’t fill me with much hope…)
