Unless I've missed something on the op flying in the next 48 hours, no, it won't at least not until flight goes into airport control at that time. Till then, any gold, silver, owe, ows will be able to pre-assign 12B (unless the whole row becomes unselectable for curtain reasons). There is no seat block in the advance assignment period.
