June/July Wedtbound Lunch/Dinner
PDB orders were taken and amenity kits handed out.


Iced cappuccino and nuts … the coating on the nuts was a little bitter.


Pork shoulder, cavatelli, and pan roasted chicken


Cavatelli - tomato ragu, roasted tomatoes, parmigiano


Pan-roasted chicken - eggplant caponata, pine nut crumble, mint. Very tasty!


Pork shoulder - red pepper mostarda, Tuscan spices, cracklings. Very tender and tasty. I ate it with the bread and mostarda sauce.


Vanilla gelato - preserved blackberries, almond crunch. I tried one blackberry and gave up on the rest of them. The gelato and almond crunch were delicious.
