While SQ does not cut out dinner service on those late night flights like NH, they do have different style of service on midnight flights.
For NE Asia and Australia flights, midnight flights feature the sleeper service - supper or breakfast and on demand...
For long haul, it is always supper after takeoff, and then breakfast or light meal (depends on arrival time) prior to arrival
For ultra long haul, it is always supper after takeoff, mid-flight full meal, and refreshment on demand
