I just ran into the exact same problem. 10 pages and then 124 pages of legalese. They do not want anyone reading this mishmash and want everyone to accept it with a shrug of their shoulders. Is there anything legally we can do to make this go away, or turn around and bite them? I can't get to MY accounts until I click thse boxes and accept whatever terms they have put into these outlandish documents.
