Looking at hotels for October and getting some sticker shock… 2500 EUR/night basically everywhere in FHR. Saint James is “only” around 1500 EUR … which times 3 nights and 3 rooms is actually a substantial difference.
Depending on what the crowd is with the 3 rooms, you might take a look at some hotels that have a discount for booking two connecting rooms for families.
I know the Mandarin Oriental has "Mandarin Oriental Families by M.O." rates.
