Completely packed. So many little kids in here too. It’s hard to believe that families of 5 or 6 are flying Polaris but I guess they are. Two travelers and we couldn’t find two seats somewhat near each other for 15 min. People are eating off plates balanced on their laps on the benches in the lobby or standing and eating. This is my least favorite lounge in the system. The previous occupant of my chair left a huge pile of plates, food and glasses on the little table and they’re still there 45 min later. United’s Premium Experience indeed.
