This is ridiculous. I've stayed at W Shanghai and the statement shows "CHINA BEIJING X" (what is that?) and then my recent stay at Westin Xiamen the statement shows up as "SHANGHAI EXEC" (...fff). So I don't get the proper bonus points from my Brilliant credit card. A call to Bonvoy says they can't do anything about it and I'll have to settled for the basic 2x points per dollar. This isn't a Marriott only issue. Recent stay at Astoria Waldorf in Shangahai my Aspire Card shows "BEIJING INC" (again, ...FFF). So no bonus points on my Aspire card as well.

Is anyone else having this issue staying at Marriott properties in China? So far the only one showing the proper name is St. Regis Shanghai and I get the proper bonus points on Briliant.
