Hungarian enforcement body for EC261 is unique in that it can (and will!) enforce individual cases. They should be your first stop.
The Danish, Irish and Norwegian NEBs do that too.
Anyway, for NYO-SOF I got the money on my account 10 calendar days after submitting the claim.
So only SJJ-SCN (expenses) and SJJ-CPH (compo+expenses) remaining, which are both with the Bosnian NEB
