I have a similar situation. I have a United ticket with 3 of 4 flights on Swiss. On the United reservation, the name shows correctly "First Middle Last". On the Swiss reservation, however, it shows as "Firstmiddle Middle Last". For example, if the name is "David Michael Smith", on the Swiss reservation it shows as "Davidmichael Michael Smith". I hope that is ok.
