I had a delayed flight with Turkish Airlines. I made a claim through the feedback. Very quick response in less than a day. Long story short, I was first offered 30k miles and I said no to which I received a new offer, accepting the 720euro of the traveller voucher. All went fine until I said that I accepted the voucher. After that I did not hear back and that was 5 days. The improved offered had a 48 hours term to decided and I reply well within that time.
Is this normal or they are playing some tricks.
Any way to follow up other than through the feedback?
