It happens from time to time. In the last 3 years, I think it didn't work for 2 flights (out of 61 flights taken). My memory might be letting me down though.

Sometimes it works in the AF app but not the KL app. And sometimes neither work. Just a matter of "try again later" or use the in-app BP.
