Same understanding and also unclear to me if OP has Lounge Access pass. Only being Diamond Ambassador without lounge pass will not give Club lounge access (Singaraja lounge probably, but nothing much there). If yes, it has been reported that Club lounge is granted for afternoon tea and evening drinks, but no upgrade to a Club room or Club Duplex (Singaraja room or Singaraja Duplex only) and no use of Club pool.
Also, with 4 pax OP shouldn't expect all of them to get lounge access even with a lounge pass. Officially only for 2 pax. Same would apply for breakfast benefit if claimed as Diamond. Hotel may give for 4, but only needs to give for 2 if they want to stick to the rules. Same if booking is made for one room / one suite only even with breakfast inclusive rate but not booking for 4 guests straight away.
Best to reach out to hotel directly before OP has bad experience/ surprise later when booking for 2 guests and trying to get 4 to stay in one suite / room and get benefits for all 4. YMMV
