Given your age and you probably have a lot of free/resting time available, I have one more tip for you:
Use YT videos to get an impression of how the airport routes are, where to find the check-in, how the transit goes, where the lounges are, which lounge you want to use, where you'd like to sit in the lounge, where the lounge amenities are, etc, etc. It'll take care when you physically are there despite for the first time, it all looks familiar. It makes things less exhausting and you'd be prepared for things to come, as well, you know "the rest will be easy, and as such can relax again". Watching those YT videos brings peace of mind, for the actual travel.
