Back home now from our trip to Marrakech. A bit torn on Amanjena:
- Pre-arrival communication was a mess, despite e-mailing with Sofia directly, our pick-up transportation was still set for an incorrect time. We ended up waiting at the first hotel and the amazing ppl there called Amanjena to sort it out for us. Not a great start. Honestly not sure how/why it was messed up, it was a straightforward request of pickup at X time at Y hotel. *shrug*
- What made the stay truly special was the F&B staff, particularly the team at the bar and also breakfast; they are truly some of the most sincere, friendly, and accommodating people you'll ever get to meet.
- Only 1 luggage tag now? When did this new cost-cutting measure start? :/

We may go back, but also curious to try Royal Mansour for comparison.
