I'm going to Kings Cross from LHR. Does the £13.30 include taking the Thameslink from Farringdon to Kings Cross? Is it worth taking the Elizabeth Line and connecting rather than taking the Piccadilly line? It only adds about 10 minutes to the trip according to Google Maps.
