We’ve found the digital key to be essentially useless this weekend. We attempt to enter our room and tap “unlock” 4-5 times. After the 4-5th time, we get an error saying “Call this number” and gives an 855 number.

Front desk says the issue is effecting the entire property and the phone number is to Corporate Customer Care.

Normally I wouldn’t think twice about it, but this hotel requires key access for all exterior doors at all hours of the day (except front entry) including pool gates (restaurant and restrooms are outside pool gate), all common area restrooms, gym, laundry, and office center.
