Maybe a good thing. When I checked out of Amandari, they put a baggage tag with my ex's name on it (presumably a guess from a previous Amanstay with her?) on the bag of my (female) friend who was travelling with me. It was fine, but that kind of mistake could go very, very wrong for them.
