I did the Anchorage - ORD redeye last December in F. Departed around 10 pm or so. They passed the snack basket once (it might have been twice but I did snooze for a while). Occasional check of beverages. No plated meal or snack. No breakfast-ish anything before landing. They want you to board and sleep.
