I get special letter from copa where says will open a new lounge special to Presidential Members located inside of Copa Club Lounge at Terminal 2, Tocumen Airport.

My last visit to this lounge the past may 24 don't see nothing different in the Copa Club and not sure what's means a special VIP Room but sounds something similar that have other airlines.
Only hope here can provide a real food, not the really bad menu option that offer in actuality.
