I would be prepared with backup options just in case. SEA is a horribly inefficient airport. Your inbound can easily have a delay waiting for an arrival gate to open up. The walk to the train can easily be 10 minutes if you arrive in certain parts of A or B. Once on the train it’s about 3 minutes to S. With this tight of a connection small delays can add up. I’m frequently faced with 50 minute - 1 hr connections or 5-6 hour connections at SEA. If it’s international, I’m choosing the 5-6 hour option. Not trying to scare you, but just presenting the definite possibility that things can go wrong.
If you miss the AF flight, what’s the next option? Is there a DL flight to wherever you’re going? I’m assuming that’s CDG, but could be something beyond CDG. Have a plan in place to potentially have to get there via AMS or LHR if needed. When IROPs happen, knowing what you want to be rebooked on will certainly help and be faster rather than having an agent look at options.
A few months ago I had a mechanical on my inbound flight to SEA causing a misconnect. Having a “Plan B” made things much easier and I was able to get my destination only a few hours late, vs a whole day later.
