Just to follow up, one leg posted within a few days of the claim and the other leg got rejected. I called BAEC about the rejected leg and they posted the missing TPs a few days later.
Meanwhile, will need to play the game again. IB flight credited yet my Air Nostrum booking on the same ticket didn’t. Same happened with another family member on a different route on a different day. So annoying!
