While I'm on the subject of Worldtracer, I received a call this morning from Dalcross Handling in Aberdeen who received the bag that went to the original destination. They said they had tried to deliver the bag to the hotel today that I had checked out of last Sunday and they had tried to email me but it had bounced back. The information in Worldtracer is completely correct. It tells them to deliver the bag to my permanent address in the USA and not the temporary address. I was unable to edit the information in the baggage file so I could not delete the temporary address. It also has my email address in there correctly. It's good that they called or this may have gone on for some time. It's a bit farcical.
Lucky the hotel did not accept it. At least they were switched on - you would have had a problem if they had accepted it. At least you know it will find its way back to you eventually.
