No, why?
You just buy the SIM card at Parknshop, put in in your phone, receive a SMS link for activation, take a picture of your passport, and you are done.
You mentioned no one will sell the SIM without ID. So that one. You told me I need ID during activation, so that's two. Maybe I misunderstood what you meant.
