No experience, as Ceiba Club didn't exist when we stayed.

Site advertises club rooms as offering nightly turndown. Hopefully that doesn't mean non-club rooms are losing it. Seems that hotel also limiting access to pool and beach outside of Casas 1 and 2 to club guests. Seems odd, as I've never read any reports of crowding at this resort.
