I had similar issues about 5-6 months ago. Couldn't get into my account at all (including the virtual card).
Finally ended up with the US Asiana Club supervisor in LA putting the squeeze on Korea to fix all of the problems. US staff told me that it took them a couple of days to get Korea to acknowledge the issue and actually fix it. Most of them turned out to be in the email system and Korea took about a day to get everything working correctly. US side also mentioned that they had to escalate things back home to a higher management level for IT to understand that they had issues.
Sometimes the only way to get things cleared up is to talk to somebody in CS who can usually get things in the OZ computer system to play nice. If they can't get things to work with their local IT access they've always been very good at getting a hold of somebody in Korea to deal with almost anything, even if it might take a couple of days.
