Ex-DOH long haul flights should show the main courses under the prselect dining option in MMB 2 weeks before departure. Otherwise you can peruse this thread for guidance:

And to add, many QR menus overlap several routes. So if you can find a menu with a similar departure time and flight duration they are likely to give a good idea about what you'd be served.
