I find it hard to believe that this flight actually requires 16.5 hours en route. If so, that means a 3a arrival is conceivable (very ugly, I know).

I've also only been able to get Economy to show on Google flights, and not every Sunday. But, $2300 to get yourself to NY nonstop is not horrible.
