The list is definitely incomplete but I'll let others weigh in on what might be missing. I was at Fort Collins, CO Hilton last year and just checked and their lounge is still open:
"Executive rooms feature access to the Concierge Lounge, where guests can enjoy a free daily continental breakfast as well as a free weekday evening reception."

Was a nice lounge with a decent breakfast (recorded on appropriate thread)
