I would expect Capital One to be the same, but no verification.

not flying again until early July, but wasn’t planning on trying it because, we’ll, I’m always out of either T3 or G, and not sure it’s worth it to do an additional round of security just for this. But if I have time, maybe I’ll try.
Capital One has finally launched a page here - https://capitalonetravel.com/lounges...lounge-network where one can search for specific airports and it actually lists the various lounges that are accessible. For example, the JFK Clubhouse is listed twice, once under the Priority Pass access with restricted hours and once as standalone access thru the Venture and SparkMiles card access. Along the same lines, it also shows that the SFO Clubhouse is listed as "coming soon" which means as of now, Capital One's contract does not include the SFO clubhouse. It seems access to each clubhouse is on an individual contract basis (since the IAD clubhouse shows with different timings)

I hope they keep this page up-to-date so that there is no ambiguity about access rules.
