I'm having the same issue. I opened my Free Spirit Mastercard Jan 27, 2023 and have spent over $5K and have received only 288 SQP from net card spending. Feb-April spending exceeded $3K. An offshore rep I was finally able to speak with told me Spirit doesnt award SQP for services, but only merchandise. That doesn't make much sense as there is no legal definition of what value is of credit card approvedpurchases. He said they don't award SQP if you purhase Uber rides, doctor appointments, doggie daycare, etc bc they are services. He says they review the transactions and it has to be for "hard" items only to count.

I'm also missing SQP for purchasing Spirit Savers Club, wifi, seat upgrades, and bags.
