I don't think FRA is bad. And LH have a very solid lounge offering. Beats other European gateways by far (AMS, CPH, MXP, LIS come to mind).
I also find LHR has become rather attractive post the addition of T5 if one is on OW and the T2 renovation if *.
For me it would be upper deck 744 through FRA in a heartbeat.
