So despite a delay leaving Manchester my bag didn't get loaded; travelling to Valencia

Was expecting it to miss connecting flight but not the first leg!

Reported missing in Valencia....they're sending via Munich today! 50 minute connection so not holding my breath

I've put in claim for toiletries amd clothes about €100.
is that considered 'reasonable' ? Thanks!
