I found out the very hard way, a week and a half ago, that Comfort Inn Downtown - Ship Creek in Anchorage is now a Wingate.

In April, I booked one cheap award night before flying home to California, called in the evening to see if the hotel shuttle would come pick me up downtown, and front desk answered the phone "Wingate". They had no record of my res.
