Singaraja or Club Duplex is pretty much the same space and layout wise, the difference is in some furnishings, the building block (primarily 4xxx vs. 6xxx) and some soft stuff maybe like tea bags (Club has TWG, not sure about Singaraja).
100USD upcharge is certainly well below what has been asked in the past (150-200 USD as shared) and is good value in my book as well, but YMMV.
