I had this. JFK-LHR on 25/5 failed to post. Called up yesterday and apparently the flight was still showing as “boarding” in the system. Which is interesting as at the gate we were delayed boarding due to an unspecified system problem.

The agent emailed FC to sort it out and the miles posted correctly yesterday afternoon.
