Has anyone gotten a comprehensive story as to why this property is allowed to deny Globalists breakfast benefits? The credible excuses are gone:

• Covid (objectively over in terms of travel restrictions)
• Can't afford it (Honolulu is back to all seasons == peak travel)
• Health restrictions (every other hotel manages it)

If this is the new normal with loyalty programs, could I open a hotel, franchise with Hyatt, deny all elite benefits and give 10 points per night as a consolation? What would stop me from doing that?
