Anyone else noticed a delay in Virgin mileage and tier points posting onto their accounts?

I flew back over five days ago and while the outbound has posted correctly (<24 hours after flight), inbound is missing still, and if I submit a miles claim I get an error saying I've already claimed. Might be a wider issue?
