While this is unfortunate (for both of us, of course), it's good to know that I'm not the only one. For a moment there, I got worried that a lot of my summer travels had somehow been cancelled without any sort of notice. I was also dreading the possibility of having to call AF customer service in the US (which has been outsourced to some really incompetent agents as of late).
