Had a look at the walk to/from public transport on google street view.

This hotels looks way too far from "New Taipei Industrial Park" MRT metro station (airport line section). It is station number "A3" on the taipei transit map. Google says 700 meters (half a mile) walking but it looks somewhat longer than that.

I mean, even if it is fully flat, and even if you are not pulling any luggage, it still looks like a very long walk, and is definitely not feasible at all during heavy rain.
