For me one out of 5 flights with TP either go to a passenger rights authority/my lawyer or if departing from a failed state like PT or ES to a collecting agency. They only get low revenue from me and paid out actually more in comp the last 3 years but I would never ever book something premium or important with them.

Now it is fun to see that corrupt amateur comedy from the sidelines. I just have pitty with every poor portuguese taxpayer that lost hundreds of euros each in that airline.
