As an INTL flight, it would typically have ample turnaround time, so not sure if it qualifies for the second part of the definition "or may have a very tight ground time when doing a turn or through-flight at an outstation which could impact the down-line schedule of the aircraft, connections, crew duty." Maybe a high load of GSandr Premier Executive 1K, as suggested elsewhere in the thread?
Likely have a large number of folks connecting into ORD that will make this a "Priority Flight". Which may also be letting ground staff and others at this gate that the plane may or may not move when it is scheduled depending on how many of those *A elites make the connection onto this flight at that scheduled depart time.
