Had a 3 night stay recently. The hotel is old and needs a refresh but its is still a nice structure and location is good.
There is a new GM, and he has a lot of work to do, the customer service is simply non existent, , smiles and no action.
I do however have confidence that the GM will start to turn things around and am willing to give them another try.
Very interesting - I just departed and didn't even get any smiles - I somewhat jest, but yeah, probably the worst check-in in a while with an agent that couldn't find my reservation after minutes of staring at my passport and who kept staring every time I asked something and kept calling other folks over to answer my questions. I'm assuming there was a language barrier, but at that point, please find someone else to handle my check-in.
