Red means something has changed. If you pull out your e-ticket you may find a timing difference, or there has been an equipment change, terminal change. Equipment changes can lead to seat changes, even if the numbers stay the same! What can happen is that there was an equipment change to say 321, then it went back to 320 and thus the red is perhaps not necessary on one level. It's just a prompt to check it's all ok.
