Same here on a revenue ticket I have in PP class. Polaris not available for cash but can be waitlisted for Miles + copay.

Check upgrading by selecting a seat on the seat map. When I do that on an award ticket for later this year, I do get the ridiculous pricing so I didn’t go through the process.
Fare will display if I select a specific Polaris seat but I didn’t try to execute the purchase.
