I doubt you can force it, but tbh Conrad is suffering low occupancy compared to before the HH and WA.
The way the control OWV availability seems to be to start with 7 night min stay, and progressively reduce it as it draws closer. If you can wait, you’ll be able to get it (unless it books out).
You could, however, book your whole stay on points then cancel it closer in, and rebook the way you want to. If you have lots of points you can even book the 1 room, then book the second the way you want (later) and then cancel the first, so you aren’t relying on it going back into available award space.
