So, just came through NRT - and the ANA lounge was a total horror show. Beyond capacity, really poor food (the "udon" soup is finally water based, and other choices are so measly it's not even funny). 2 hr wait for the shower!

Never thought I'd say that but was thankful for the UA club, which at 5pm was quiet, half-empty, had immedite shower access and as a bonus - proper air conditioning throughout, whereas the ANA lounge has their favorite "light AC" (which is a euphemism for sweltering heat).

Will def. reconsider flying through NRT going forward (although I suppose UA lounge should continue to be available)
