Welcome to FT, abebix. I think that the restaurant in the Surf and Sand Hotel in Laguna Beach is quite romantic. I believe the name is "Splash". Lovely view of the ocean and you are practically in the sand while you dine. Better yet, get a room in the hotel. Wonderful ^
